This Hospital sterilizer is configured for pre-vacuum sterilization of heat- and moisture-stable

materials used in hospital, clinic, operation room and healthcare facilities.

It can be equipped with pre-vacuum, Steam Flush Pressure Pulse (SFPP), gravity, liquid, and

daily air removal test cycles which use, for example, a Bowie-Dick test pack to determine

the effectiveness of removing air from a sterilizer chamber.

Designed and manufactured according to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 system and latest moist steam

sterilizer related standards, which has the obvious advantage of low failure rate and easily

operation to ensure your satisfied using smoothly.

Built-in steam generator of full SUS304 stainless steel with strong construction and long uptime is

controlled by the PLC intelligently avoiding your trouble of external steam supply. Controlled by

thesterilizer’s main PLC system, the steam generator, operation at the best status during the

sterilization, is not only lowing the failure rate, but saving your money every days as well.

Vertical Sliding Door option

Single Door: Compact style floor standing installation for saving the space in clinic, operation room. 

Double Door: Pass through style installation between No sterile area and clean room, easy

and convenient for isolations between different areas in hospital CSSD. 

All styles (single or double door) sterilizer is suitable for floor standing installation, being recessed in the wall or fully enclosed in a cabinet.

Strong Construction 316L Stainless Steel Chamber and Door

SUS 316L stainless steel chamber, welded with SUS 304 jacket, form the sterilizer vessel. Sterilizer vessel is GB-150 or ASME standard, rated at 0.25MPa and insulated by mineral wool. Vessel includes one DN40 tri-clamp validation connector for Customer testing the sterilizer.

Door is constructed of a single formed piece of 316L stainless steel. During cycle operation, door is sealed by a compressed air-activated door seal. Door seal is constructed of a special long-life rubber compound. When sterilizer cycle is complete, the seal retracts under vacuum into a machined groove in the sterilizer end frame.

A long-life proximity switch is used by the control to determine if door is closed. An additional seal pressure switch prevents inadvertent cycle initiation if door is not sealed.

1, B-D Test

  3 times Vacuum, expose temperature 134℃, expose time 4 min, drying time 3 min.

2,Vacuum Leakage Test

  Test the chamber connecting parts’ tightness effect. It’s important to ensure the sterilization 

effect.

3, Instruments/Tools

   3 times Vacuum, expose temperature 132℃, expose time 8 min, drying time 5 min.

4,Clothing

   3 times Vacuum, expose temperature 121℃, expose time 15 min, drying time 25 min.

5, Liquid

   15 min exchange, expose temperature 121℃, expose time 15 min, cooling time 25 min.

6, User Programmable

    All preset parameters can be resettable; total 15 kinds programs can be customized
