Sterilizer Main Components
Vacuum pump
The sterilizer shall be provided with a water-ring type vacuum pump.
Steam condenser
a steam condenser made of AISI 304 fitted in the exhaust/vacuum line to condense the steam before entering the vacuum pump.
Validation port
The chamber with two validation ports with dummy & adaptor for insertion of multiple temperature sensors (minimum upto 16 temperature sensors).
Instruments
All the instruments which are fitted with chamber and the lines which are running to the chamber shall be of sanitary type and made of AISI 304.
The sterilizer shall be equipped with pressure transducer for chamber pressure monitoring & recording.
