The Vertical Cylindrical Pressure Steam Sterilizer is installed with an electrical heater, an automatically pressure-temperature controller, a safety valve, a releasing valve, a pressure-temperature indicator, an alarm bell for finished sterilization, and an instrument to automatically cut off the power of heater. It has the advantages of effective sterilization, convenient operation, safe, less electro city consuming and cheap. It is ideal equipment for clinics, scientific research institutes, and other organizations to sterilize surgical instruments, fabrics, glasses, culture media etc.

Safety System
 

• Control senses when door seal is closed and sealed, preventing cycle start until a limit switch signal is received. If control loses appropriate signal during cycle, alarm activates, cycle aborts and chamber safely vents with a controlled exhaust.
• Steam generator Float Switch activates alarm, aborts cycle and safely vents chamber with a controlled exhaust if water lack is detected in the steam generator vessel.
• Pressure Relief Valve limits the amount of pressure buildup so that the rated pressure in the vessel is not exceeded.

 
Steam Generator
 
This Hospital Sterilizer equipped with an electric steam generator includes an automatic water-in, electric heating and drain controlled by PLC.
 
Steam generator vessel of SUS304, electric heating element of SUS304 to ensure the clean steam supply.
