The Horizontal Autoclave Series of autoclaves is designed to accommodate chamber volumes

ranging in size from 120 to 240 and for the proccesing needs of various load configurations.

The autoclave sterilizers are designed and manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility in compliance with strict international standards to ensure safe re-use of sterilized equipment.

We also builds customized autoclave configurations to adapt to a customer’s site layout.

The autoclave series is designed to cover a large field of applications for hospitals, CSSD and

medical centers.

Test programs: Bowie & Dick test, vacuum test.

Working programs:  Multiple customizable programs for textiles, instruments, rubbers, culture

medium and liquids in unsealed bottles.

Main adjustable parameters

•   Sterilization temperature rage: at 105°C to 134°C
•   Sterilization time rage: 0---99 minutes
•   Vacuum times: 0---9 times
•   Drying time: 0---99 minutes

Multiple adjustable parameters to ensure user’s customized programs are available, accurate 

and perfect sterilization effect. 

Steam feeding option

- External steam supply, 0.4---0.7MPa, saturated steam offer by user

- Built-in electrically heated steam generator

- Built-in industrial steam heated steam generator 

- Combining steam generators: individual electrically heated steam generators or natural gas 

heated steam generators
