These steam sterilizers are characterized by a great portability thanks to standard and customized cycle programmes, in an effort to gain the best results and optimize time, energy and resources.
Custom Design for Limited Space
Medpharm’s strong engineering capability allows for highly customized autoclave design.
Facilities with space layout limitations will benefit from custom narrow design autoclaves which provide high capacity in a limited space. Narrow design autoclaves allow for more autoclaves in a given space to ensure continued sterile processing in case of autoclave downtime.
Sterilizer Cycles
1. All our hospital sterilizers include Gravity,Vacuum and Liquid cycle settings. A Test/Vac cycle is
provided for utilizing Bowie-Dick tests.
2. For surgical packs, select one of the vacuum cycles. For the sterilization of liquids in open or
vented containers, select a liquids cycle.
3. The time tested and reliable Microcomputer Control is an industrial microprocessor providing accuracy and automation for all customer requirements. This simple, versatile, control has become the first choice for both sterilizer users and service technicians.
Uniform Heat Distribution
Fully jacketed chambers ensure uniform heat distribution to ensure consistent serialization conditions for all loads in chamber. A chamber that is not fully jacketed may have cool spots which can cause improper sterilization.
